Feedback is a critical part of performance management. 

Talking with employees on a regular basis, discussing their goals and their progress, helping them identify their challenges and putting plans in place for overcoming these, are all parts of giving employees feedback.

In this one day workshop you will learn how to ask them questions that draw out their interests and their ideas are also part of the feedback process. There are also more difficult situations when you must confront employees about their performance. However, if feedback begins during the orientation, continues through training and coaching, and regular performance discussions, you will have gained the confidence to tackle more difficult conversations.
