  • Recognize the differences between Leadership and Management and identify when each should be used

    Leadership and Management tend to be seen as similar concepts but they have many differences. The Leadership in the Workplace course will help you to recognize the differences between the two and when they should be used.

  • Know what you expect of your employee

    Before you are able to make your employees aware of what you expect of them you need to be aware of what you expect of them. The Leadership in the Workplace course will help you to identify what it is that you expect from your employees so that you can then pass that information on to them.

  • Know what your employee expects of you

    When you are in a position where people report to you it is important that you are aware of what your employees expect from you as a leader. The Leadership in the Workplace course will give you tips on how to find out what your employees expect of you and how to live up to their expectations.

  • Recognize when roles and assignments need clarification

    As the years go by, the workplace becomes more and more diverse. The Leadership in the Workplace course will identify for you the four generations that are now in the workforce and how they differ in learning styles, work styles, etc.

    Delegation is good, as it can allow one person to oversee many more things which provides more time to focus on bigger issues. It can also hinder things, since they may find themselves over tasked by overseeing too many things. Course Hours
Classes Start at 9am and end at 4:30.
We provide an hour break for lunch and provide 2 x 15 minutes breaks. One in the AM and one in the afternoon.
