Gold Seal Accreditation

In 1992, the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) developed the Gold Seal Accreditation Program. Think Training has a number of programs "sealed".

The goals of the program are: 1. To promote education and excellence among construction management personnel within the non-residential sectors of the construction industry. 2. To foster a demand for and improve the supply of construction management education courses across the country. 3. To enhance management proficiency and in turn, the productivity and prosperity of the Canadian Construction Industry.
High Caliber Courses
Think Business Training workshops has been recognized by the National Gold Seal Committee as being of high caliber. These are the construction management training program endorsed by the industry.
Gold Seal Accreditation Board
The Gold Seal Accreditation Board of the Canadian Construction Association, has just confirmed that the two workshops "The Professional Supervisor", and "Managing Employee Performance" in combination, fulfill the requirements of one of the eleven catagories the Human Resource Management module of the Gold Seal Accreditation Program.
Under Construction
In addition, Think Business Training is working to augment "Understanding Project Management" to meet the requirements of the "Planning and Scheduling" module, and to develop a third program to meet the requirements of the "Communication" module.
