Company History

Think Training is incorpoarted in Nova Scotia as PBBA Atlantic Inc. We are a team of experienced professionals offering a wide range of training, facilitation and coaching services to individuals, companies and organizations that are committed to professional growth. We have been doing so for over 15 years.

We currently operate out of our head office in Dartmouth, NS and design customized workshops and programs to meet the specific needs of companies and organizations committed to professional growth throughout Canada.

We also run public workshops throughout the Maritime Provinces specializing in Administrative, Supervisory and Leadership Skills. People from a variety of organizations and backgrounds attend these classes together and learn not only from the facilitator and course materials, but from one another's experiences.

Classroom Experience

Think Training creates a comfortable, safe learning environment in the classroom, through a working knowledge of adult education teaching techniques. Our facilitators have the relevant academic qualifications, and experience as well as real world experience, and they enjoy sharing information with others. Participants participate.  Some take longer to warm up than others, but once they find their voice and get comfortable with the learning process we use, AHA moments begin to occur, light-bulbs go on and insights on how they can apply the material starts to appear.  Retention and real learning occurs.

Network and Share Information with Peers

People can network, share information and discuss issues with their peers. They leave knowing how they can take new skills back to the workplace and apply them. Classroom training is now being augmented by fanatical follow up learning paths.

Published Professionals Delivering Training

Workshops are delivered by outstanding individuals, who have worked with the subject matter in the real world. Many are published authors and bring experience, and excellent facilitation skills to the classroom. Facilitators are flexible enough to recognize how to meet individual needs while maintaining the interest of the group.

Our Staff

All of our workshops are written and delivered by outstanding individuals who have a work history with the subject matter. Many are published authors with relevant academic qualifications, credentials and are passionate about sharing their knowledge with others. All of our facilitators use Adult Learning Techniques and can recognize how to meet individual needs while maintaining the interest of the group.

Our Facility

Our corporate office and permanent training facility are located at 250 Brownlow Ave, in Dartmouth, NS. For all public workshops, registration is suggested 10 days in advance. Workshops run from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
